Godo Baja is the founder and CEO of BAJA, a Computer Engineer, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser with extensive experience in both engineering and real estate. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Godo spent over a decade as a Hardware Design Engineer, Data Center at Cisco Systems, where he honed his analytical and problem-solving abilities. Driven by a passion for real estate, he transitioned careers and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management, graduating at the top of his class. He later earned his licenses as a Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser, solidifying his expertise in the field.

Godo’s professional journey includes valuable experience as an International Property Specialist with SMDC and Ayala Land Premier, where he assisted clients in navigating the complexities of real estate investments and securing high-value properties.

Since 2014, Godo has been a resident of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), where he has built a strong specialization in the high-end real estate market. He focuses on BGC, Makati, Ortigas, and other premium locations across the Philippines. His deep understanding of these areas allows him to help clients find their ideal homes, make informed investment decisions, and maximize opportunities for capital appreciation.

Godo is also an active leader in the real estate community. He served as the Charter President of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) Global Taguig-Pateros Chapter from 2023 to 2024 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for 2025.
